Toxins are not something you can completely avoid while living on Earth. Everything is a toxin. Oxygen is a toxin to the certain organisms. The toxins we’re concerned about, however, are the ones that our bodies don’t use as nutrition. We are designed to utilize a certain set of nutrients to keep things functioning properly within our fleshy temples. Anything we consume that doesn’t fit into that category gets filtered out as waste and disposed of accordingly, either through the normal digestive tract or via your pores or nasal cavity.
