Using Psychic Tests to Determine Your Psychic Potential

When determining whether or not someone is psychic, you have a variety of psychic tests available to you.  These psychic tests are not 100% fool proof but they are simple to administer.  The can be used in a variety of settings and in any order you choose.

The first of the psychic tests is simple.  Grab a book.  Grab a person who has no claim to any psychic powers.  Sit them away from the person who is allegedly psychic.  Ask the person to open the book, find a word and concentrate on it.  The psychic must then guess the word that the person has chosen.  If you attempt this particular test on someone, make sure you grab a random smattering of people.  Someone who is tested with all Hispanic females may notice a trend when they choose a word and be able to make an educated guess on the word and therefore test higher.

The second of the psychic tests is also simple to administer.  It requires only 2 people, the psychic and the administrator.  This test will require a deck of playing cards, preferably new or at least one NOT provided by the psychic clairvoyant.  In this test, the administrator shuffles the deck of cards, selects one at random and concentrates on it.  In order for the psychic to get the answer “correct,” he or she must correctly identify the suit and number of the card.  It is imperative that you use a deck the psychic has no familiarity with.  There is the possibility that the deck of cards has a pattern on the back that can be identified as “up-side down” and if stacked, it can be a fairly simple matter of knowing what you stacked.  It’s also easy to “cheat” off of the 7 cards. 

The third most popular of the psychic tests is also perhaps the most well known, although not necessarily by name.  This test is done using Zener Cards.  There are 5 different cards, an empty or hollow circle, a plus sign (also known as a Greek Cross), waves (three vertical wavy lines), an empty or hollow square, and an empty or hollow five-pointed star.  In a pack, you will find 5 cards of each design.  The administrator will shuffle the deck, pick a card, view the symbol and jot the answer of the psychic until the deck is gone.

In all of the above psychic tests, it is imperative that the person with the “answer” is not giving visual or vocal clues to the psychic.  It is very easy for someone to read the body language of the people administering the test and be able to give the correct answer based on these clues.  When the psychic starts to say the wrong answer, it is very natural for the person with the answer to begin to make a face that will give the psychic clues.  Based on these clues, the psychic will be able to push their guess one way or the other.  Because of this, it is best to have a physical barrier between the two, whether that means that you put the two in separate rooms or if you simply place the psychic with is or her back to the administrator.

It is also important that you know what type of ability you are using these psychic tests for.  There are many different kinds of psychic abilities out there, but these tests are engineered towards only a few; precognition, clairvoyance and telepathy.  Precognitive people are people who can discern future information.  Clairvoyants are people who have the ability to gather information in ways other than the known human sense.  Clairvoyants are commonly lumped together remote viewers and outside the realms of parapsychology, it is usually referring to the discernment of past or future events and exchanges with the deceased.   Telepathy is very similar to clairvoyance but is in not connected with remote viewing or contact with the dead.  A telepath is someone with the ability to read thoughts and stored information in the brains of other people.  Zener Cards are used to measure telepathy, books are used for precognition and telepathy and a deck of cards is used to test for all three.
